By accessing or using ModulPix ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

ModulPix is a web-based tool that provides a curated library of AI image prompts and a modular prompt builder for cinema directors, architects, brands, and creative professionals. Users may browse, copy, and remix prompts for use with AI image generation tools such as Midjourney and others.

2. Accounts

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must not share your account with others or use another person's account. Notify us immediately at info@modulpix.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of ModulPix require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to scrape, harvest, or bulk-download the prompt library
• Reverse engineer or copy the Service's architecture or prompt curation system
• Use automated tools to access the Service at a rate that harms performance for other users
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. Intellectual Property

The ModulPix platform, including its design, codebase, curated prompt library, and visual content, is owned by ModulPix and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Prompts you generate or customize using the Prompt Builder are yours to use freely in your creative projects. We claim no ownership over AI images you generate using prompts from ModulPix.

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit or upload content (such as images) to the Service, you grant ModulPix a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and use that content in connection with providing the Service. You represent that you have the rights to submit such content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may cancel your account at any time from your profile settings.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prompts will produce any particular result in AI image tools.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ModulPix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of your use of the Service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where ModulPix operates.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
