This Refund Policy covers all paid subscriptions and purchases on ModulPix.
Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your ModulPix subscription at any time from your profile settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to Pro features until then.
We do not issue partial refunds for unused days within a billing cycle.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewal charges.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent auto-renewal at the end of the annual period.
How to Request a Refund
Email info@modulpix.com with:
- The email address associated with your ModulPix account
- The date of purchase
- A brief description of the issue (optional but helpful)
We process refund requests within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe.
Technical Issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact us at info@modulpix.com. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, and where appropriate, offer a refund or billing credit at our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription renewal charges after the initial 7-day window
- Charges for periods already consumed after the 7-day guarantee window
